Project Engagement
All projects undertaken by Genext Buildcon are based on mutually agreed proposals, contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules. Any changes requested during execution may affect cost, timeline, and scope, and will be addressed through formal variation approval.
Project Scope
The scope of work will be clearly defined in the approved contract. Any additional work not included in the original scope will be treated as extra work and will require written approval before execution.
Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule mentioned in the contract. Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension of work until dues are cleared.
Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on scope, site conditions, and material availability. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays caused by external factors such as weather, approvals, or supply chain issues are not the responsibility of Genext Buildcon.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure timely access to the site, approvals, drawings, and required information. Any delays in client inputs may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
Materials & Quality
All materials used will comply with agreed specifications and industry standards. Substitutions or changes will only be made with client approval or due to availability constraints with equivalent quality assurance.
Warranty
Genext Buildcon provides warranty coverage for structural work as per contract terms. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or external environmental factors.
Liability
Genext Buildcon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays or unforeseen site conditions beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per contract conditions. Any completed work up to the termination date shall be billed accordingly.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India.
